TK/Kindergarten Survey
Good morning LPE families! You are receiving this email
because you currently have a child enrolled at Loma Portal Elementary in TK or
Kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year (if this is not the case, please
respond to this email and we will take you off of this email list). We
are so happy that your child will be a Loma Portal Dolphin! As we prepare
for the upcoming school year, it is critical that we have as much information
as possible about your child so that we can make sure to give them the support
they need. Below is a very important survey that will allow you to give
us this information which will help us in determining classroom rosters and
necessary supports for our TK and Kinder students. I sent this out
several weeks ago but since then, we have had many more enrollments so I am
sending it again. If you haven't done so already (no need to fill it out
again), please take a moment to complete the survey below (one survey per
child) and give us as much information about your son or daughter as possible.

for updates and don't forget about our next TK/K Playdate on 8/24 @ 3pm at
our Kinder Playground (entrance on Willow St.)! Also, our TK and Kinder
Orientation will be held on 8/27 @ 4pm at our Kinder Playground (entrance
